11" (28 cm.) Solid domed bisque swivel head on kid-lined bisque shoulder plate, blue glass enamel inset eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig, twill-over-wooden body with shapely torso, dowel-jointed shoulders, elbows, hips and knees, bisque lower arms and legs, bare feet. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1885. Value Points: rare early model with lovely bisque and expression, included is original silk and velvet dress, chemise, and bonnet.
