9" (23 cm.) h. 8"l. An all-bisque baby with sculpted blonde hair and forelock curl is seated inside his Papa's shoe as though it were a cradle, his arms uplifted as though lacing the shoe, and his toes peeking out from the worn "hole" at the shoe front. Excellent condition, with incised Heubach sunburst mark. Gebruder Heubach, circa 1910.
