19" (48 cm.) All paper mache doll with socket head, sculpted baby bonnet, painted facial features and hair, one piece torso and legs with sculpted and painted baby costume, jointed paper mache arms. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, for the bazaar trade, circa 1885. Value Points: charming budget-line doll with endearing expression, well preserved original painting.
