18" (46 cm.) Bisque socket head with solid dome, sculpted blonde boyish hair, pink tinted complexion, intaglio blue eyes, white eye dots, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with defined space between the dimpled lips, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique sailor costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 7 Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912. Value Points: very fine quality of sculpting with expressive features, choice bisque, original body finish.
