15" (38 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head, sculpted and painted brown baby hair and brows, small blue glass sleep eyes, short painted lashes, closed mouth with center accent line, composition bent limb baby body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, body repainted. Marks: Copr by Grace S. Putnam Made in Germany. Comments: circa 1924. Value Points: rare socket head version of the doll known as the "Million Dollar Baby".
