Description
20" (51 cm.) Dark brunette hair with curly bangs and very lush shoulder-length curls, wearing sheer nylon pink robe with ribbon-inserted lace edging at bodice. Complexion and coiffure excellent, some lacking eyelashes. Along with a selection of early Cissy gowns and evening wear: blue satin gown with organdy lining and blue satin side drape, round rhinestone pin (1956); purple velvet torso gown with lavender sheer tulle and organdy lower flounces (small tear in organdy underflounce) (1956); wedding gown with soutache and silver thread bodice and layered tulle skirt (some spotting on bodice) (1957); blue slipper satin sheath dress with matching gathered overskirt which snaps in front, with original triple-layered ruffled stiffened net hat (bow missing on front of skirt) (1957); and ivory taffeta evening coat with silver-dot banded cuffs and turquoise bow with pink rose (small spot on coat).
