7" (18 cm.) Bisque shoulder head doll with blonde short curly hair, painted facial features, muslin torso, bisque lower arms and legs, painted black boots. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1880, the doll wears her original silk, lace, and velvet fortune teller's costume, and hidden under her skirt are folded pieces of paper containing "fortunes", in French language. Value Points: delightful petite fortune telling doll with completely intact fortunes, original costume.
