2.5" (6 cm.) All-bisque figure of adult man with sculpted brown hair beneath a modeled black top hat decorated with tiny green feather, painted facial features, jointed limbs, painted black boots. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1900. Value Points: the rare all- bisque wears original Irish parade costume of green felt with silk banner, and is presented in original glass-front presentation box
