Description
15" (38 cm.) Pink-tinted bisque socket head, small brown glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with shaded and accented lips, impressed cheek dimples, brunette mohair wig, French composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, body not original but appropriately sized. Marks: 7407 6 Germany (head) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1910. Value Points: rare model with wonderful sculpting detail and presence, excellent bisque and painting.
