Bisque swivel head on kid-lined bisque shoulder plate, deposed articulation system of neck allowing head to tilt forward and backward and side to side in addition to swivel), blue glass enamel inset eyes, painted lashes, lightly feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with accented lips, pierced ears, brunette human hair over cork pate, kid poupee body with gusset-jointing at elbows, hips and knees, stitched and separated fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: attributed to Alexandre Dehors, 1866, who deposed the articulation system that allowed a realistic movement of the head.
