10" (25 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head, painted hair with forelock curl and little twisted curl at crown, painted side-glancing eyes with unusual sculpted pupils lending a shadowed effect, painted upper eye liner, feathered lashes, accented nostrils, closed mouth with gentle smile, composition five piece toddler body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks 324 A 5/0 M DRGM 255 Germany. Comments: Marseille, circa 1915. Value Points: rare and charming little googly with unusual eye sculpting.
