16" (41 cm.) Bisque socket head, small brown glass sleep eyes, painted short black lashes, lightly feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with pouty expression, shaded and outlined lips, brunette mohair bobbed wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed toddler body with side- hip jointing, antique linen romper suit, socks, leather shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R Simon & Halbig 115/A 42. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1912, their pouty model marketed as "Phillip". Value Points: very fine quality of bisque with luminous complexion, deeply sculpted features, original mohair wig, original toddler body and body finish.; included with large silk-covered paper mache Easter Egg with painted decorations of Mother Hen and chicks.
