Entirely wire-framed, the bonnet is formed of intricately woven aqua-tinted straw and silk ribbons with wide brim at the crown, decorated at the exterior with a lavishly draped aqua silk ribbon with weighted self-drops, and decorated at the inside brim with gathered crepe de chine in matching color. 6" exterior width. 3" inside head width.
