The lace cap is formed by alternating bands of lace and ribbons, with round medallion at the back of the head. The face is framed by a row of box pleats, narrow pleats, and a flounce at the crest formed of a plethora of silk ribbon loops and lace. To fit face width 3 1/2"-4".
