The dropped waist tulle dress has a bodice that is lavishly embroidered with an intricate design of berries, flowers and vines, with slightly gathered skirt having complementary embroidery and scalloped edge hem, sleeves and sous-sleeves to match the skirt, and a ruffled collar that is also decorated with superb minute embroidery.
