Description
A peach velvet bonnet, designed to perch at the back of the head and frame the face, has generously folded velvet drapes and bows, white feather trim, and black Alencon scalloped edge lace framing the entire bonnet. There are black velvet streamers and ivory silk lining. An original milliner's gilt label is "Mlle Winders Modes" and there is a matching label on the accompanying wooden hat box.
