15" (38 cm.) l. A tinplate two wheeled cart with original red and yellow paint, spoked wheels, and drivers seat is being pulled by a tinplate horse in trotting pose. The cart is being driven by a bisque head doll with blue glass eyes, closed mouth, blonde mohair wig, five piece paper mache body, wearing original costume, and the cart contains six tin milk jugs. When wound, the cart propels forward and around, and the driver moves arms up and down and bobs. Condition: very good, some typical paint flakes, functions well. Comments: circa 1880. Value Points: good early toy in desirable original condition.
