Solid domed bisque socket head, sculpted short brown hair, painted brown side-glancing eyes, painted lashes and brows, closed mouth with impish smile, composition toddler body, nicely costumed in sailor suit. Condition: generally excellent. Marks H (in circle) C H. Comments: mystery maker, circa 1920. Value Points: appealing impish expression.
