17" (43 cm.) Bisque socket head, deep blue glass enamel inset eyes, long dark painted lashes and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth, outlined lips, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body, costumed in rose and ivory silk frock with cord and lace trim, matching bonnet, undergarments, kidskin shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Eden Bebe Paris 5 Depose. Comments: Fleischmann and Blodel, circa 1895. Value Points: endearing character-like expression enhanced by fine creamy bisque.
