Description
24" (61 cm.) Bisque shoulder head, blonde sculpted short curly hair with forehead bangs, blue glass inset eyes, painted lashes, widely arched brush-stroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, kid gusset-jointed body, bisque forearms, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent, body elongated. Marks: 131 K (in bell) 9. Comments: Kling, circa 1885. Value Points: beautifully sculpted hair enhanced by rich lustrous glaze, glass eyes.
