12" (30 cm.) Bisque socket head with brown complexion, brown glass sleep eyes, painted dark lashes and black brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, two porcelain upper teeth, black fleecy hair, brown composition bent limb baby body, antique baby costume. Condition: very large piece broken and reglued at left side of face into back of head. Marks: 251 SQ (intertwined) Germany 4. Comments: Schuetzmeister & Quendt, circa 1915. Value Points: rare model with very expressive features, beautiful complexion, original body and body finish.
