25" (64 cm.) Bisque shoulder head with very full cheeks, large brown glass inset eyes, painted lashes, thick brush stroked and feathered brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, open mouth with accented lips, four porcelain teeth, dimpled chin, pierced ears, brunette human hair, kid pin-jointed body, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 2/30 12. Comments: Germany, mystery maker, circa 1890. Value Points: very beautiful doll with well-defined features, rich decoration, lovely bisque, wearing antique mariner costume, undergarments, leather saddle shoes.
