Description
12" (30 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, brunette mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body with straight wrists and extra ankle articulation. Condition: very faint 1" hairline at forehead rim, otherwise excellent. Marks: 7. Comments: Kestner, circa 1885. Value Points: pretty closed mouth child with original body and body finish, rare jointed ankles.
