A firmly stuffed lamb of cream flannel wool with fleecy lambswool coat, has flannel covered legs and face, green glass eyes, felt ears, "baa-a-a" crier that operates from nickel-plated ring on torso back, and is mounted upon a cast iron base with spoked wheels. Steiff block letter (underscored f) button in ear. Germany, Steiff, circa 1910. A superbly preserved rare early model in fine large size with working noise bellows and original button in ear.
