12" (30 cm.) Pale bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, cobalt blue glass enamel eyes, painted lashes and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig, kid gusset-jointed lady body, bisque lower arms and hands, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent, right thumb broken. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1885. Value Points: lovely gentle expression whose pale bisque is complemented by rich blue eyes.
