Pink-tinted bisque socket head of young lady with slender facial modeling, short sculpted brown hair with ringlet curls and a modeled hair loop at top of head for ribbon insertion, ringlet curls onto forehead, intaglio blue side-glancing eyes with white eyedots, accented nostrils, closed mouth with pouty expression, accented lips, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, cotton school dress, undergarments, red knit stockings, brown leather shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Heubach (in square) 8202 Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912. Value Points: rare model in petite appealing size, superb sculpting including hair, impressed eye sockets, original body and body finish.
