14" (36 cm.) Solid domed bisque shoulder head with very angular facial shape and features, blue painted eyes with heavy eyelids as though eyes nearly shut, high arched brows, long pointy nose, closed mouth with thin line lips, defined cheek bones, white mohair wig, muslin stitch-jointed body, bisque lower arms and hands, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 3. Comments: mystery maker, circa 1910. Value Points: very rare character model with distinctively sculpted features depicting haughty older society matron, excellent quality of bisque and painting.
