Large round pink-tinted bisque socket head with plump facial shape that exactly matches the shape of the large round googly eyes, blue glass side-glancing eyes that move sideways by simple mechanism at the back of head, dark eyeliner, short black thick eye lashes, sculpted angled brows with ochre shading, rounded nose with accented nostrils, closed mouth with shaded accented lips, slightly stuck-out ears, double chin, blonde mohair bobbed wig, composition five piece body. Condition: generally excellent, small chip at back crown rim at placement of eye wire with curvy 1 hairline that appears firing original. Marks: 8728 Einco 8 Heubach (square) Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, produced exclusively for Eisenmann & Co which had register the system of mechanical eyes in 1912; the export firm was headquartered in Furth of Germany and in London. Value Points: among the rarest of the googly models and of the Heubach firm, the doll has superb sculpting and quality of bisque and painting, wonderful expression, original body, great antique costume.
