Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark painted lashes, thick black brush-stroked brows with decorative glaze, accented eye corners and nostrils, open mouth, accented lips, four porcelain teeth, dimpled chin, pierced ears, black fleecy wig, brown composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique white pique dress, undergarments, knit argyle stockings, saddle shoes, straw bonnet, and with original muslin chemise. Condition: generally excellent, body repainted. Marks: 1078 Germany Simon & Halbig S&H 15. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1900. Value Points: rare large size of the brown-complexioned child.
