Description
10" (25 cm.) One piece all-bisque head, torso and legs of Kewpie in standing pose, loop-jointed bisque arms with spread-apart fingers, sculpted topknot, forelock and side curls, blue wings, side-glancing painted eyes and impish smile. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: O Neill (feet) 5 (inside arms). Comments: Germany, circa 1912. Value Points: fine bisque and painting enhanced by richly glazed detail of hair.
