14" (36 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head with pale complexion, sculpted short brown hair with prominent forehead bangs, sculpted ears, brown glass inset eyes, painted dark lashes, dark eyeliner, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with defined space between the outlined lips, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, straight wrists, antique whitewear dress, undergarments, leather shoes, socks, carrying little teddy. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: attributed to Simon and Halbig, circa 1880. Value Points: rare early model with outstanding presence is perfectly preserved.
