Description
6" (15 cm.) doll. 9" carriage. A tinplate carriage with four spoked wheels, creamy paint with gilded scrolls and edging, wooden hand grip, has rose painted lining with blanket and pillows, and contains an all-bisque baby with painted hair and facial features, jointed bisque arms and legs, antique costume. Condition: carriage very good with original finish, some typical play wear on wheels, doll has repair at left shoulder and right foot. Comments: Germany, circa 1910. Value Points: rare to find carriage with fine detail of design and fittings.
