12" (30 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head, blue glass inset eyes, lushly painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with defined space between the outlined lips, brunette human hair, Sonneberg composition and wooden fully-jointed body, wearing antique winter costume comprising velvet jacket with fur trim and hood, muff, skirt, black leggings, saddle shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 103 1. Comments: maker unknown, circa 1890. Value Points: rare little model with dramatic large eyes, closed mouth, original body and body finish.
