Description
All carved wood with dark brown and cream shaded finish, the bull is posed standing, with inclined head as though grazing, with sculpted horns and ears, closed mouth, well-defined musculature and with enamel inset eyes. Excellent condition. Neapolitan, mid-1700s, attributed to the workshops of the Vassallo Brothers.
