Bisque socket head, blue glass sleep eyes, dark painted lashes, thick brush-stroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth, accented lips, four porcelain teeth, brunette human hair, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: hairline at front left into cheek, faint hairline at back. Marks: G made in Germany 20 142. Comments: Kestner, circa 1900. Value Points: wonderful large size child with beautiful wide-eyed expression, original body and body finish, wearing antique parlor maid costume with beautifully embroidered apron and cap, dress, undergarments, leather shoes, stockings.
