29" (74 cm.) Pink-tinted thick porcelain shoulder head with solid dome, oval-shaped face, very elongated and strong throat, sloping shoulders, painted facial features, pale blue upper glancing eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, feathered brows, circle accents at eye corners and nostrils, closed mouth with center accent, brunette mohair braided wig, early muslin stitch-jointed body with kid arms, stitched and separated fingers. early cotton gown, undergarments, leather boots, reticule purse. Condition: generally excellent, Marks: S 000. Comments: attributed to Schlaggenwald, circa 1850. Value Points: rare early model in fine larger size with superb quality of porcelain and painting.
