Description
4 1/2" (11 cm.) Each is all-bisque with one-piece head and torso, modeled topknot and forelock curl, side-glancing painted googly eyes, blue wings, jointed arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: O'Neill (impressed on feet). Comments: Kewpie, designed by Rose O'Neill, made in Germany, circa 1915. Value Points: she is wearing original wedding veil, and he has painted tuxedo front and original crepe paper top hat.
