4.5" (11 cm.) One-piece all-bisque head, torso and legs, jointed arms, painted forelock, topknot and side curls, side-glancing painted eyes, blue wings, impish smile. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (original red heart label on torso). Comments: "Miss Liberty" was offered in a 1917 German catalog wearing this original crepe paper costume. Value Points: all original rare O'Neill Kewpie.
