Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, "dot" painted lashes, fringed and feathered brows, rose blushed eyeshadow, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth, shaded and outlined lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over Steiner, Steiner composition fully jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: J. Steiner Bte SGDG Paris Fre A 17. (head) (Steiner banner on body). Comments: Steiner, circa 1888. Value Points: beautiful child with lovely bisque and painted, original signed body and body finish, antique multi-layered costume, undergarments, rose silk bonnet and shoes.
