12" (30 cm.) Bisque socket head, blue glass sleep eyes, painted long curly lashes, lightly feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with defined space between the outlined lips, auburn mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 141  0. Comments: Hertel and Schwab, circa 1912, rare glass-eyed version of the rare character. Value Points: beautiful all-original character model in appealing cabinet size, very fine modeling with impressed dimples, fine quality of bisque and painting, original body and body finish, pretty antique costume and wig may be original.
