21" (53 cm.) An imposing wooden framed sedan chair with S-curved back and roof, curved side windows, opening front windowed door, attached wooden carrying bars, is richly covered in patterned rose silk with floral paper decoupage and metallic thread borders; the interior with green silk ornamented with tiny bead flowers. Excellent condition, one glass window replaced. French, circa 1875, a beautiful early accessory in perfect size for doll display. $2000/2500
