8" (20 cm.) Of beautifully constructed hardwoods with burled walnut and inlay finish, the chest has curved front top and drawers, curved side shape, beveled edge top, and original elaborate bronze hardware with locks on each drawer (no key). Each drawer has fine dovetailed construction. Early 19th construction, of maitrise quality.
