Description
6" (15 cm.) box. A cardboard box with lithographed lid and sides to appear as though the box is a miniature brick townhouse has two original assembled paper dolls "Lilly" and "Harry" with name labels on the reverse. The box label reads "Dressed Paper Dolls No. 1, Lilly and Harry, McLoughlin Bros, Manfs N.Y." Good condition, Harry excellent, Lilly has few creases, box lid is missing edges. A rare early set by McLoughlin.
