Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth, accent line between the lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, kid gusset-jointed body, bisque forearms, nicely costumed in antique dress. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: SH 3 903, Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1890. Value Points: rare model of early closed mouth doll with endearing expression, appealing petite size.
