Bisque socket head, dark blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eye-liner, dark painted lashes, thickly fringed and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth, defined space between the shaded and outlined lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Bru JneR 8. Comments: Bru, Girard epoch, circa 1892. Value Points: an especially pretty model of the Girard Bru with finest creamy bisque, closed mouth, original wig, body and body finish, beautifully costumed in antique grey silk faille dress with burgundy velvet trim, matching bonnet, undergarments, stockings, black leather shoes.
