21" (53 cm.) Each has composition head with sienna complexion and painted features, firmly stuffed body with carved wooden leg and feet, and multi-layered wrapped costumes. Condition: near mint in original boxes. Marks: Skookum Indian (foot labels) Skookum "Bully Good" The Great Indian Character Doll, Patented, Trademark Registered" (paper label on each box, and stamped 1058 on man's box, and 1059 on woman's box). Comments: Mary McAboy's registered models of native American people, circa 1925. Value Points: superb unplayed with condition of the rarer large size models, with wonderful costume detail, the woman with small baby.
