11" (28 cm.) Porcelain shoulderhead with brown sculpted hair in arranged curls overall the head and terminating in looped curls onto the forehead, painted facial features, blue eyes, closed mouth, old muslin stitch-jointed body with bisque lower limbs, painted boots, nicely costumed in antique gown, undergarments. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1870. Value Points: well-detailed hair, fancy grey sculpted boots with blue insert trim, gilt edging.
