Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes, brush stroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth with slightly parted accented lips, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, original brunette human hair wig and cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: SFBJ 230 Paris 5 (incised) Tete Jumeau (red stamp) Bebe Jumeau Diplome d'honneur (paper label on torso). Comments: SFBJ, circa 1915, with original Jumeau depose signature. Value Points: rare 200 series model depicting a sweet-faced child has exemplary bisque, virtually unplayed with condition, preserved in her original labeled box wearing original sheer cotton dress with lace and ribbon trim, original undergarments, bonnet, stockings, and white leather boots with rosette trim; included is original coat with soutache details and Jumeau size "5" number at the back.
