Description
14" x 11" theatre, 2" figures. A wooden theatre with paper lithographed surface depicting ornate theatre designs has dimensional side curtains and removable front curtain, back scene depicting a castle in the forested mountains. Performing upon the wooden stage floor are 7 carved wooden dancing dolls with hinged legs and bristle-wire support forms, each with painted costumes, hair and face. Excellent condition. Circa 1885.
