6.5" (17 cm.) Cast iron figure of the children's literary figure, Golliwog, created by the English writer/illustrator Florence Upton, having caricature facial expression and hair, wearing signature blue jacket with red trousers, large feet, with coin slit at the back torso. Circa 1890. Excellent condition, minor paint fading.
